• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team • Evaluate performance of sales staff • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Plan and direct sales team training • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals • Sales forecast annual, quarterly and monthly • Generate timely sales reports • Develop pricing weekly and monthly basis • Formulate sales policies and procedures • Prepare budgets annually, quarterly basis • Control expenses and monitor budgets • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis • Prioritize customer segment • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities • Develop promotional ideas and material • Analyze credit term & credit limit for each customer before approval • Demand planning, supply chain management • Coordinate cooperation on Sales Plans with team • Reporting to Managing Director weekly and Monthly • Other as assigned by management.

• Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree. • At least useful 5 years work experience in similar position. • Experiences in Sales and marketing or related field. • Understand Brand guideline and Brand discipline. • Good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential • Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and brands and to develop and evolve over time creative processes. • Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage • Good project management skills, presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skills, and Leadership and Team Management skills. • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. • Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point.
