•Supervise the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment and motors for ensuring compliance with standards and specifications to deliver high quality work •Ensure the compliance, electrical PM’s meets maintenance Dept. targets to assure long term proper functioning of equipment and installations •Ensure OH&S and environment compliance with International and Local regulation •Coach and train the electrician to ensure they have all necessary competencies and skills to perform their tasks •Perform other related duties as assigned

•Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (Power). •3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance Fields •Strong knowledge in electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques •Knowledge of Cement Process •Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance •Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills and other Asian languages is encouraged
