1. Achieve the daily service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 2. Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. 3. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. 4. Handle customer complaints in accordance with the Company’s SOPs. 5. Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/ or unusual situations. 6. Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for cash, inventory and paperwork. 7. Manage stock control and receiving orders. 8. Perform daily stock count for the branch before opening and closing at day end. Standard Operating Procedures and Processes (SOP) 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch – before opening, during operating hours and at day end closing. 2. Conduct daily briefings prior to opening of the branch. 3. Ensure security of the branch e.g. CCTV functionality, updating of access card, branch keys allocated only to key personnel. 4. Ensure housekeeping of the branch is being carried out on a daily basis. 5. Ensure submission of branch reports on a timely manner.
