1- Prepare import/export documents (such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, VAT Patent, Authorized Letter and other related documents) in according to the Customs Office’s regulation. 2- Ensure timely preparation and submission of the import/export documents to Customs Office. 3- Follow Up with the Carriers, Forwarding Agent and Airline for status of shipment arrival, to ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to customer on time. 4- Manage goods delivery to customer’s warehouse in timely manner in certain quantity other and quality. 5- Support Sales Team in quoting Customs Clearance Quotations Maintain and expand current relationships. 6- Perform other tasks as required. 7- Communication with over sea agent and use English as well with a customer 8- Make balance sheet , compare net cost and quotation. 9- Working with Asycuda system for export cargo .

1- Bachelor Degree in Management or related field. 2- Can in put data at Asycuda system for export cargo . 3- More than 3 years experiences to IM/EX customs clearance. 4- Must be well understood about import, export and clearance processing. 5- Very good both in spoken and written English 6- Good communication, management, and customer handling skills. 7- Well organized and creative. 8- Immediate availability is an advantage. 9- Can check all the document for IM/EX .
