This position is based on new Brand New Supermarket Opening Soon 1/ Assistant Marketing Manager (01 Person) • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business. • Use social insights to help drive product innovations through the system to better meet consumer demands. • Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands. • Assist in development of overall go-to-market product strategy. • Assist in development of primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications. • Become the global consumer insights and competitive market expert segment and leverage learning on product line. • Leverage strategic thinking to reignite channel and exclusive business. 2/ Trade Marketing Executive (01 Person) • Maintaining and update events calendar for the Marketing Department • Securing booth space, sponsorship, booth furniture, audio-visual needs, and registering internal teams for Trade Shows • Maintaining inventory of sales and marketing materials/literature, booths, displays, giveaways and all other assets • Executing pre-event and post-event marketing activities as it relates to events, including execution of direct mail, email and social media campaigns • Overseeing and coordinating lead retrieval process with trade show attendees to grow marketing databases • Compiling closeout event reports and maintain trade show data • Assisting with client-based lunch and learn event marketing and follow-up by collecting leads for our databases and providing certificates to attendees of our courses • Managing annual marketing budget and expense tracking for all marketing programs and assist with forecasting annual budgets • Maintaining company merchandise catalog as well as develop and improve ordering processes • Coordinating business cards for all new hires as well as re-orders • Coordinating departmental budget • Other administrative duties as assigned 3/Graphic Designer (02 Person) • Support the marketing team by creating on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements • Take pride in the email and website content we produce to showcase our brand image and great styles to loyal customers • Learn and maintain awareness of schedules, deadlines and processes in an ever-evolving e-commerce environment • Maintain an organized library of source files and assets

Jobs Requirement

1/ Assistant Marketing Manager (01 Person) • Progressive experience supporting fully integrated marketing programs • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field(MBA preferred) • Global marketplace understanding • Digitally savvy (product development, consumer marketing, retail) • Holistic, broad-based business leadership • Financial, business and strategic acumen • Product Development; can predict commercially viable play experiences and drive product profitability in new channels 2/ Trade Marketing Executive (01 Person) • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant field is preferred. • Two (2) years in marketing and event management • Superior organizational skills along with attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of organization both internally and externally • Must be able to multi-task and oversee several tasks at one time and be proactive • Strong ability to work under pressure independently and as part of team with an upbeat attitude to meet project deadlines • Previous experience in B2B marketing environment is a plus 3/ Graphic Designer (02 Person) • Self-starter who is a customer focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player. Willingness to do whatever is necessary to deliver results; owner mentality. • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising content • Ability to work within multiple teams and accept feedback and input from marketing, and product management teams • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Extreme attention to detail and a passion for accuracy • Passion for continuous improvement in an ever-changing environment • A good cultural fit for the team
