-Good in English or Chinese -Support the sales team and to ensure to reach the monthly target -Training the sales team about the product knowledge both E-Green & Foton -Training the sales team for the flow of working process and sales flow -Supervise the sales team in the showroom and delegate the job to them to visit the fleet customers -Control the car display in showroom, and make sure the showroom is neat all the cars are clean, creating new ideas for showroom decoration -Encourage the sales staff to work hard and make sure the sales team performs well -Set up the sales strategies and plan for the sales team -Collecting, analysing and evaluating competitor and a market in order to create sales strategy -Send weekly report to GM and Director -Perform other necessary tasks as assigned by GM and Director

-Experience more than 2 years in Sales and Marketing, if with any automotive company would be better -Management experience with the minimum of 1 year -Good command of English communication in speaking and writing -Perform good team work -Bachelor’s degree in BBA or relevant field/skill -Good Knowledge in computer: Ms. Office, Word & Excel -Communication and interpersonal skills -Problem solving skills ***Other benefit -> Incentive -> 18 days annual leave -> 24h Health and Accident Insurance -> Public holiday comply with Cambodia labor law
