* Able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. * An individual responsible managing the overall functioning of the store, takes care of day to day operation and ensures maximum profitability of his/her store. * Maintain the standard of the playground, take care customers and provide services with maximum efficiency. * Makes the overall report, such as the Profit and Loss, Inventory Report, Petty cash summary report and cash handling reports * Makes sure the accuracy, completion of Daily Store Report, Daily Cash Report, updated versions of reports. * Control staff management: Weekly Labor Scheduling, assigning tasks and enhance their ability, talents and knowledge. * Create marketing contents and advertising campaigns to increase sales. * Have techniques for negotiating to solve immediate problems: such as customer and staff problems * Responsible for organizing a birthday party, school activity group, school trip, summer camp class and dance practice room. * Achieves results, prioritize and focus on what is important, identify the problems and solve them, and most especially, deliver results.

* Must speak Khmer & English; and must be a college graduate with 3 years managerial experience. * Experience in playground will be an advantage * Leadership, bold decision making, work under pressure * Has a flair for resolving immediate situations * Passion for service, discipline and high responsibility * Diligent, outgoing and used to children * Be creative, have new ideas
