- Manage retail staff including cashiers, sales staff and daily sales operation - Coordinates store preparation - Ensure the pricing is correct, following the guideline - Provide coach, advise, train to team member - Manage on daily sales performance and push up the sales volume - Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock accurately with quality - Maintain customer service - Provide strategy to achieve sales targets - Handle customer questions, complaints and issues
