• Manage 2-3 outlets in terms of staffing, cash flow, ingredients stocking, foods & beverage quantity, and quality. • Manage the foods & beverages ingredients costing to minimize wastage. • Responsible for the business performance of the outlet. • Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales • Ensure reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the management on time. • Manage to achieve or exceed the targeted goals. • Make sure that hygiene standards are strictly followed as per the SOP.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma, any field or Equivalent. • More than 3 year (s) of working experience in equivalent an established café. • Able to work independently and self-motivated. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Only for Malaysian • Able to travel within Klang valley area
