- Build up and maintenance a good relationship with customers. - Develop a business plan, Sales strategy and planning to reach the target and increase income. - Review or survey market research and study about products, pricing of our competitors to identify problem find proper solution to increase sales volume. - Set plan activities for sales team to maintain a schedule for call and meet with customers. - Solve all the problem, satisfaction survey and any complain from the customer. - Effectively supervise and evaluate performance of sales staff and provide feedback, support as well as coaching to the sales team give necessary training such as product knowledge/selling skills to improve and develop their competence. - Make weekly and monthly sales report to Sales & Marketing Manager. - Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Have bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent - Be at least 3 years of experiences in Sales & Marketing - Have good knowledge at management, leadership, dealing with customer - Be good in Microsoft office - Be good communication both in Khmer and English - Be patient, flexible and passion in work commitment
