- Take charge of air and sea freight, space booking and operation, organize and coordinate necessary resources such as broker/trucking company to ensure the high quality service to customer. - Provide solution according to customer’s need. - Monitor daily operation of air/sea cargo, continuously optimize SOP. - Train and coach forwarding team to improve knowledge and skill. - Solve any complaints from customer, maintain good relationship with customer. - Maintain good relationship with partner, such as shipping/air/trucking/broker and customs. - Closely pay attention to industry information and provide good proposal to management

- Forwarding industry experience at least (1) one years - Excellent project management ability and good communication skills. - Good service mind and problem solving ability. - Bachelor degree, major in logistics/marketing/trade preferred. - Good command in English - Chinese speaking and writing is an advantage
