Jobs Description

* Key Responsibilities: - Manage all income and expense transactions by reviewing strictly and authorizing all sufficient support documents of transactions possess, and ensure that all accounting documents are always ready for internal and external check with all transactions are recorded into the right accounting code when generating reports are required - Manage and lead the operation on the marketing campaign by promoting the products and services to ensure that the market share and expanding its operation without encountering risks are effectively executed at the under control area - Build, manage and supervise own sales team to deliver sales target of the company - Build new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships - Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members - Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members - Develop good team works and provide coaching and training to improve staff’s skills - Responsible and accountable for the branch’s security - Manage actively in facilitating the general process of government relation at branch level by ensuring the efficient coordination with local authority in processing paper work, legal compliance and coping with problem solving

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Finance or related field is preferred - Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations and management & staff supervisory - Good understanding of Cambodian Transport sector; Good working knowledge of English and computer skills especially on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Good at using MS Office - Good interpersonal, communication, staff supervision, training and management skills; - Ability to work under pressure and be highly self-motivated; - Must be willing to work and live in the district. - Proven track record in sales management and people management a definite advantage - Sales focus, results driven, relationship building, professional maturity, teamwork and self-confidence - Manage effective branch revenue and expenditure effectively - Strong networking skills - Lead product promotion to customers and target areas - Manage the quality of customer service at the branch level - Participate in the recruitment and training process to branch level staff. ** Staff’s Benefit: Annual Leave 18days Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labour Law) Public Insurance (NSSF) Staff’s Evaluation every year KPI ** Note: This employee job description can be modified or amended according to the Company’s needs. ** Interested applicants meeting the above requirements should submit their CVs, covering letters and National ID For more details please contact Mr. Kolap Vichet via kolapvichet14@gmail.com.
