•Studying in detail about Auto Auction, especially operations process •Overseeing daily business operations •Performing main tasks delegated by BoDs and Board Committees •Preparing and checking reports, especially annual and financial reports •Establishing and maintaining corporate cultures and core values •Preparing SOP and delegation plans •Weekly training and consultation •Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies •Carrying out regular SWOT analysis to mitigate any potential risks through industry and market changes •Overseeing the creation of strategic partnerships with relevant organizations •Analyzing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability •Speaking at events and exhibitions on behalf of the company
