** Inspection/Research Officer Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients ensuring all requirements for property valuation are collected, - Conduct accurate physical site inspection of subject property for valuation, - Coordinate valuation case with line manager providing all subject property information, - Analyze the general condition of the property to effectively contribute in making the valuation report, - Ensure accurate property information such as title deed, location, and boundaries. - Conduct property research and Real Estate market value, - Other duties assigned by line manager. ** Data Entry Responsibilities: - Compile, verify accuracy and information according to priorities to prepare source data for property valuation report, - Input all property details in the valuation report with accuracy and finished on time, - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output, - Prepare daily-weekly-monthly report to line manager, - Work closely with Inspection Officer to ensure accuracy of every property detail, - Other duties assigned by line manager.
