** Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Responsible of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process. He will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions for all positions and employment contract and other relevant documents - Monitor recruitment and organize for training team and staff to support well trained to manpower to another departments - Ensure legal & policies compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements - Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. - Recommend changes and conduct periodic pay surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, analyze exit interviews - Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures - Manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing, including overtime, leave,calculations benefit and tax related services as well as employee health insurance - Perform research and provide information and other tasks which are assigned by Manager. - Work closely with all departments in order to prepare training to team. - Regular plan for staff performance appraisal, and follow ministry of labor law - Control staff’s attendance and payroll

Jobs Requirement

- Pursuing a degree in human resource management or other related fields. - 3 years’ experience. - Organized, independent, and honest - Committed to high standard - Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness - Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) - Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email) - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -Self-motivated and driven. ** Other Information - Monthly Salary: USD 1,000 to 1,800 based on experience - NSSF - Other benefit: Gasoline, Mobile phone and others. ** Send your CL, CV and related documents via email: seng.visal@atalianworld.com , sophear.chhun@atalianworld.com
