- Supervises and orients facility and building management. - Accountable for all services to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. - manage any building maintenance to maintain the working environment. - Design strategy and set goals for growth - Set policies and processes - To ensure all facilities are maintain and safe environment, Risk accident management, prepares tools for protection of accident. - Staff orientation at each site to make sure they have cleared environment and safety. - Ensure all risk accidents are created and all used properly on sites. - Train to subordinate to protect and use all tools to reduce risk accident on site. - Set discipline of facility maintain and safe environment. - Maintain budgets and optimize expenses - Oversee training of new employees - Prepare regular reports for upper management - Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations - Maintaining quality control procedures - Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections - Problem solving
