- Supervises and orients camp management. - Design strategy and set goals for growth - Set policies and processes - Maintain budgets and optimize expenses - Develop planning for management, operation procedure, plan site supervision to ensure are followed to health and safety procedure of client. - Develop quality of report supervision and revise plan for camp growth and meet client’s goal and objectives. - Supervision and collect report from department and analysis. - Develop health and safety policy and orientation to site management staff. - Prepare regular reports for upper management - Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations - Maintaining quality control procedures - Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections - Problem solving
