- Manage all of the day to day in operation of all the Departments to make sure it runs smoothly - Prepare the training for all the staffs in Sales & Marketing department to work effectively and efficiently - Develop budget plans, strategies and targets to meet the company objectives - Monitor and collect the sale reports weekly and sale reports monthly submit to management. - Solve the problems related all departments both communication internally and externally - Set up SOP implementation and check all routine with operation procedure. - Prepare the company booth, events and other company’s advertising for achieve sale target. - Supervise the team to work efficiently to process customer transactions as quickly as possible. - Welcome customer complaints for opportunity to learn, and take personal responsibility. - Solve the problems related with all departments and customer satisfaction
