- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Ability to communicate in English, Chinese is a plus - Knowledge of relevant computer applications - Knowledge of administrative procedures and numeric - Service knowledge and interpersonal skills - Communication skills - verbal and written - Listening skills - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability, initiative and stress tolerance - High School diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent - At least 1-year experience in customer services.
