- Responsible for designing strategies and implementing business operations - Establish policies and procedures to assist work flow - Oversee daily work operations of company and executive members - Maintain good business flow, efficiency, and sustainable growth - Oversee marketing initiatives and other expansion activities - Oversee Finance and Human Resource department head - Lead and encourage staff for peak performance - Conduct regular performance evaluations - Monitor monthly and quarterly financial reports - Manage company costs and oversee budgets - Provide support to other departments and the Board - Communicate with clients and business partners - Manage relationships and represent company with external partners and the media - Write and submit reports to the Board with recommendations to help improve business performance - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

- University degree in Business Administration or relevant field, MBA is a plus - Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or similar managerial position for at least 5 years - Outstanding leadership, delegation and organizational skills - Good understanding of all business functions - Competency in business development and strategic planning - Knowledge of computer applications - Excellent communication in English, Chinese is a plus - High interpersonal and public speaking skills - High responsibility and commitment in working - Time management or ability to meet deadlines - Honesty, adaptability, initiative and stress tolerance - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Experience in the medical industry is a plus.
