- A degree in agriculture or related subject is greatly valued - At least 2 years’ experience in farm management - Experience with soil management, organic agricultural treatment practices, fertilizing, and insecticide use -Integr ity, reliability, loyalty, responsibility and openness - Good attitude and frequent communication with headquarters - Good at problem solving - Entrepreneurial personality is an added bonus - PC literate (Experienced in Word, Excel & PowerPoint) - Good in English speaking, reading & writing
