• Support the green coffee handling and roasting processes • Implement the roasting schedule as per provided schedule • Roast samples and cuppings related to the green coffee buying program • Manage the roaster operation and assembly • Manage production efficiency to meet the demand request by daily/weekly and monthly • The ability to assess coffee quality objectively • Detect any defects in the coffee • Ensure and maintain the quality of roasted bean by focusing on the related criteria (roasting temperature, time, color and so forth….) • Able to Tracking and maintaining inventory levels for both green and roasted coffee • Ability to operate multiple coffee packaging machines • Ability to read fabrication and electrical schematics/drawings • Daily operation of the all packaging equipment types • Able to join the training of staff on production operations, including roasting, stamping, head sealing, weighing and shipping • Other tasks as per assigned by direct manager
