• Conduct on related research in order to propose new drinks from various sources • Lead cross-functional teams in the technical aspects of product development through the investigation, planning, execution, evaluating and reporting on new product / process development improvement and troubleshooting projects • Independently investigate, and implement significant new drink, process improvements, and cost savings projects • Conduct forecasting on new drink’s budget and cost which related stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and so forth • Develop understanding of any new processes to the organization; evaluates whether portions of that process are applicable to other products / projects • Identify new product opportunities and technologies for presentation to senior management • Plan and execute the standard of new product testing and evaluation process with project team • Consolidate the feedback and revise on the new drinks that are developing • Finalize and agreed on the development of new drink with all related stakeholders • Control and take care of BROWN recipe drink • Provide training and demonstrate of New Drink / New Process / Barista skills • Provide training to SM, Management team whenever we adjust the Recipe drink / change New Process / New Machine • Work cooperatively with project team to design a proper SOP of new drinks launching • Implement the new drink launching and take any prompt action for any troubleshooting on the new drink • Build and maintain Counter operation work-flow • Ensure store utensils arrangement • Other tasks as per assigned by direct manager

• Graduated Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or other equivalent fields • At least 3 years of work experiences as a Barista or other related positions • Work experience from food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage • Barista Technique • Project Management • Researching Skills • Communication and Presentation Skills • Interpersonal Skills • Team Player
