• Handle guest inquiries • Handle guest bookings • Check room availabilities • Confirmation reservation • Follow up pre-payment for agent or company no credit • Record in to Room master • Print them out and sort all the correspondence • File all processed reservation up-to-date • Handle amendment and cancellations • Make sure the correspondence are correct with the data system • Inform about the credit card guarantee policy • Handle all Transportations and tour arrangement • Update all flight details and special request • Check-in arrival date 7days prior arrival date • Confirm & cancelled group Ahoc and group series • Cancellation group Ahoc and group series • Follow up with account receivable about deposit, payment and Outstanding debts. • Handle the special booking from GM/head department • Follow up group cut-of-date • Help the team to implement the guest satisfies • Do another task may assign • ** Room master 6 monthly - 1-year experience or other system acknowledge

- Bachelor degree in related field - Must have experience at least 3 years in Hotel/Hospitality - Good in reading, writing, and speaking English - Good computer skill ( Microsoft Office ) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Dependable, Flexible, and Punctual - Able to work under pressure - Able to work individually or in team - Can stay on the island
