** Monitors food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis to maintain key quality standards. - Enforce & support all training & develop plans for all staffs under his/ her supervision as restaurant’s policy. - Utilize leadership skills and motivate to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. - Selects and develops strategies to improve customer service, food quality, productivities, hygiene, and efficiency. - Identifies training needs and ensures staff receives training, including daily skills training to provide consistent, knowledge, and reliable service. - Understand and able to manage the operation procedure including the front line service and able to assist the F&B Manager. - Develop marketing strategy and other promotions. - Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency. - Ensure the business to make money (Provide the great service & great product). - Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service are achieved in the restaurant. - Survey customers flow and requirements to do statistic plan and new strategy.
