Jobs Description

Store Manager (Based in Preah Sihanouk Ville): Job Description: • Transmit the company culture to the team • Organize and distribute tasks to each task member • Ensure that all staff follow and respect ZANDO’s standards of customer service • Hold daily meeting with staff to encourage communications and continually advise staff on how to increase sales • Monitor and motivate staff and support their development and training • Work with ZANDO Management on increasing sales and implementing promotions • Provide the best possible customer service • Continually monitor sales and customer profiles and regularly report back to ZANDO Management • Be familiar with the collection and customers; use this knowledge to increase sales • Support in customer sales at peak times • Ensure a strong communication with Management at Head Office • Inform Management at Head Office of anything that has a major impact on the store and/or its sales • Monitor mannequins, window display and the keeping of the brand’s standard at all times • Monitor furniture condition and shop maintenance • Responsible for stock control mechanisms to prevent loss or theft • Monitor all cash handling procedures Assistant Store Manager (Based in Preah Sihanouk Ville): Job Description: • Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through good services. • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards if necessary. • Propose innovative ideas for the benefits and improvements of the company. • Lead the leadership team in the absence of your Branch Manager. • Provide both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of your store. • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc...). • Be a role model of well behavior and high performance. Perform additional store manager duties and assist in ad-hoc projects and administration duties if needed.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field. • Proven experience in management or leadership is a plus. • High motivation and ability to work independent. • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email. • Can speak Chinese is a plus. • Good communication with staff and back office team. • Ability to lead and manage a team. • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including holiday, and rotation/ per week.
