- Working at the office and oversee all shops - Handle all operational in shop - Check and Count stock every week and every months - Ask staffs to clean shop to be more hygiene and fresh - Propose purchase order and others office stuff in shop - Check the product that breakage or broken or expire product and ask to deduct the product that broken from POS - Organize staff according to their position and tasks also training them properly according to company’s policy - Understand way to motivate staff to work efficiency - Training and Teaching Also Do explaining new staff their position in the shop - Educate and feedback immediately to staff that lack of work ethic - Manage and solve problem that occur within the shop perfectly
