- Handle all operational in shop - Check and Count stock every week and every months - Ask staffs to clean shop to be more hygiene and fresh - Propose purchase order and others office stuff in shop - Check the product that breakage or broken or expire product and ask to deduct the product that broken from POS - Manage all the staff within the shop organizable - Create Staff day-off schedule every week and send to HR department at 25th every month to supervise and approved - Organize staff according to their position and tasks also training them properly according to company’s policy - Understand way to motivate staff to work efficiency - Training and Teaching Also Do explaining new staff their position in the shop - Educate and feedback immediately to staff that lack of work ethic - Manage and solve problem that occur within the shop perfectly - Other tasks that has been assigned by GM, CEO or Head of Department

- At least have bachelor degree in Management or Business Management or other similar Degree - Work experience at least 1 or 2 years as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Marketing or other work experience that connect to wines and drinks - Have good communication skill with customer - Be able to speak, listen, write and read in English - Be able to motivate staff and enthusiastic in work and know to direct staff to work efficiency - Good personality and positive mine as always whether in any situation and always can be a good problem-solving person to any problem occur during operation - Know how to use Ms.Work, Ms.Excel, Email and Internet ….
