Jobs Description

1. Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates. 2. Schedule, plan and conduct Morning Production Meetings. 3. Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule. 4. Oversee all staff scheduling, time off requests and overtime. 5. Manage the coordination and control of all jobs/work orders. 6. Prepare and maintain production reports to Factory manager. 7. Communicate effectively with the Factory Manager/Owner, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met. 8. Production Operations Meets all customer commitments through the production of timely, efficient and high quality products and service. 9. Update and maintain production schedule. 10. Maintain production control records and provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems. 11. Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations 12. Ensure employee safety training is conducted as required by Company Policy. 13. Production Personnel Initiate hiring when needed to cope with expanding workload or for replacement of substandard employees. 14. Provide a positive, motivating example for employees. 15. Conduct training or authorize training of production employees.

Jobs Requirement

• 2+ years management experience (asset, property or operations) • Medium to advanced Excel knowledge • Medium to advanced Powerpoint • Medium to advanced Adobe Pro • Experience in Asset Management preferred • Experience with Property Management software.
