Jobs Description

1.Major Responsibilities(1 position ) - Design policies and procedures. - Set up and train finance team. - Control and monitoring daily operation cross departments. - Reporting: financial reporting and corporate reporting, and make sure financial report is presented in faire and true value. - Make sure Gaea tax declaration is comply with Cambodia tax law. - Set up internal audit action plan and involve external auditors and tax audit officers. - System support and working on streamline accounting workflow and report customization. - Other tasks. 2.Policies and Procedures - Design accounting policies and procedures. - Implementation and briefing for the new policies and procedures to involving parties. - Design and set up internal control. 3.Set up and planning - Prepare yearly calendar for finance team. - Structure and organize finance team. - Clear define job description among finance team. - Develop report structure. - Set up activity plan to make sure report done on time. - Developing the efficiency of finance team as support team toward operation team and other teams. 4.Controls and monitoring daily operation cross departments - Check and approve on admin budget: food, stationary, cleaning, medicine, - Check and approve on special customer billing - Check and approve on pre & post customer billing - Check on extra service income - Check and approve on weekly incentive - Check and approve on commission (extra service, bin...) - Follow customer receivable with CS manager after closing bar code - Check on branches budget - Check on monthly payroll SRP - Check on monthly payroll branches - Check on payment and cosign with GM amount from 500 USD up - Audit Survey, new customer on field. - Manage working capital 5.Financial Reporting and Cooperated reports - Review consolidated financial reports to make all account is closed properly and reconciled. - Control fixed assets and inventory. - Review consolidated tax reports - Budget Vs Actual - Budget by department - Cash flow report 6.Taxation - Check and review on consolidated monthly tax return. - Declare annual tax return. - Cooperate and deal with limited tax audit, and tax clearance. 7.Audit - Set up internal audit action plan - Identify risk for all department and find out the fraud case - Coordinate and working with external audit team System-Microsoft Dynamic NAV - Post and suggest for some adjustment needed for closing financial report. - Check and review on financial reports to make sure the accuracy of the reports. - Set up and streamline account workflow and recording process. - Coordinate between system technical support team and finance team to deal with day to day system error,developing and customization reporting. - Structure and maintaining reporting and other official document in NAS server. 8.Other tasks - Assist GM to do cash forecasting and budget. - Staff yearly appraisal for finance team. - Writing official letter to GDT and other public institute. - Meet with tax officer. - Supplier visit. - Branch visit. - Training staffs. - Joint operation morning briefing. - Meet the court for some fraud cash. - Maintaining legal document and company back up and coordinate with outsource agency to process legal document for company up to date. - Support other departments Requirements - Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field; - Minimum 5 years’ experience working with accounting /finance sectors - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, (Khmer and English) - Superior mathematical skills; - Competency Microsoft Office programmes. - Experience managing/ training staff. - Experience working with national/international NGOs or companies - Experience providing support/orientation to non-financial managers. - Strong ethic and commitment working with other departments. - Independent, resilient, self-motivated and be able to work on own initiative whilst also being team player - Willingness to take new tasks/ responsibilities when required. - Be honest, reliable and work with integrity. - Be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues’ partners/managers at all levels - Takes responsibilities on own roles and self- directed. - Highly organised manager. ** Benefits - The salary is competitive according to the candidates’ performance. - Moto bike, fuel, phone card allowance. - Lunch provided. - Work injury insurance and health care NSSF. - Yearly appraisal work performance. - Seniority bonus. - Others

Jobs Requirement

Customer Service Manager - Manage, organize, and implement the services fee collection process according to the daily, weekly, and monthly target. - Manage and plan on the process of services fee collection in order to meet the yearly revenue objective of the branch. - Manage and train the customer service staff (25 employees) - Set-up a proper administration of contracts and customers data in the ERP system with hard document filing. - Control on the process of services fee collection through monitoring, following up, and visiting directly on outstanding invoices. - Responsible for direct communication with customers (provide information related to the company, information on solid waste collection and transportation, and other services). - Responsible for the development on the services coverage area in order to make sure that the areas for the services are suitable in term of economic factor, the company’s strategies, infrastructure conditions, the company manpower, and other related factors. - Work in cooperation with operation department in order to develop basic solid waste collection strategy for major streets, for small alleys, and for other complex areas. - Responsible for controlling and monitoring on daily solid waste collection and transportation services of the operation department. - Lead the cooperation works with operation department especially in showing the streets, areas, and places that need to provide the services, and in setting up the services schedule and standard, as well as in training waste collectors on the norms and character during the operations. - Act on behalf of the branch to communicate with customers as well as authorities on related issues. - Deliver announcemen ** Benefits - The salary is competitive according to the candidates’ performance. - Moto bike, fuel, phone card allowance. - Lunch provided. - Work injury insurance and health care NSSF. - Yearly appraisal work performance. - Seniority bonus. - Others
