- To achieve sales KPIs and shop sales targets. - To ensure that customer service/sales are the top priorities in the shop. - To ensure that high levels of internal customer care are always maintained. - To ensure that all promotions and PR materials are put in place effectively and efficiently to maximize sales. - To recruit suitable staff following company requirements. - To ensure that all staff are aware and focused on achieving daily sales targets. - To effectively manage the staff rota to maximize manpower resources. - To ensure that all staff are fully aware of the company’s rules, regulations,policies and procedures. - To maintain high standards of shop security for company property, cash, stock and employee property. - To ensure that all staff grievances and disciplinary actions are dealt with immediately in accordance with the company policy. - To ensure that all grooming and customer service standards are followed at all times. - To constantly conduct on-the-job training for all staff. - To actively participate in all Company organized campaigns. - To project and promote the company style of professionalism, efficiency and excellent customer care both internal and external at all times.

- Candidate with Diploma / Degree in any related field. - Experienced in leading and managing staff and sales in the retail shop floor. - Good organizing, planning and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize goals.
