1. Responsible for formulating annual work (business) and economic indicators, and organizing inspection and implementation; 2. Responsible for setting up the internal organization of the branch and formulating its responsibilities; 3. Recommends the appointment of heads of departments and the definition of their functions, authorities and interrelationships; 4. Have a strong ability of market prediction and analysis, regularly provide the head office with market operation information of the region under its jurisdiction, and compile accurate supply and demand plans to provide a reliable basis for the overall operation layout of the head office; 5. Organize the formulation of work standards of each department and each post, and check the implementation together with relevant personnel, set an example, and lead the subordinates to complete the goals of the head office; 6. Responsible for organizing regular comprehensive assessment on employees' ideology and morality, professional level and work performance, and improving the training system; 7. Regularly report to head office in writing.
