Jobs Description

-Actively seek potential tenants to optimize efficiency of retail space in line with leasing strategy and budget. -Responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. -Prepare operating budget, and implement cost saving measures -Conduct property survey/research -Maintains a safe and clean environment for all tenants and customers. -Ensure effective visual merchandising of retail store within the property -Establish sales and marketing campaign, and decorations such as promotion during Public holidays, and property specific events to enhance leasing opportunities and maximize sales. -Prepare written notices/correspondences to tenants -Maintain a regular maintenance schedule -Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the property is in accordance with policy and procedures including safety requirements, cleanliness, and general appearance -Liaise with cross functional business partners including; construction, MEP, and other service providers. -Liaise with third party leasing agents and/or in-house leasing reps regarding upcoming or potential vacant space. -Lead and motivate the team, offer training, development and incentive to encourage best performance. -Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants in managing their leases and respond to any requests/feedbacks promptly -Review SOPs regularly and ensure full compliance by the team -Maintains adherence to all company/property policies and procedures. -Performs other duties as assigned by top management

Jobs Requirement

-Minimum 3 years of experiences in property manager and leasing -Minimum Bachelor’s Degree -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges -Good knowledge of construction and fitting out works -Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills -Willingness to participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours -Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Good working attitude, independent -Good computer skills, and good knowledge of office 365 -Fluent in both written and spoken of Khmer and English language.
