** Maintain Property Management - Conducts periodic on-site inspections, including tenant interviews & quarterly inspection reports, and work with vendors and construction companies to handle warranty, various maintenance and repair items, and capital improvement projects. Ensure all emergency repairs are completed in a timely fashion. - Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services. - Maintain tenant/property accounts (i.e. tenant contacts, manual billings, check requests change of address, utility logs, property/incident loss reports, tenant improvement reimbursements, etc.). ** Property Handover & Customer Care Service - Interacts, communicates and answers incoming questions from tenants, prospective tenants, customers & vendors daily. - Plan & supervise the day-to-day handover activities to customers. - Provide innovate solutions to ongoing challenges and ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience. - Monitor the effectiveness of pre-handover inspections, ensure feedback is followed up and escalated where necessary.  - Continuously improve, streamline and enforce the Handover policies & processes. - Monitor current working practices, and effect changes in policies as and when required to enhance quality, achieve customer satisfaction and welfare. - Supervise cost control, and ensure adherence to the budget - Plan and mange operational costs and budget forecast
