1. DETAILED ACTIVITIES a. Monitor and maintain computer system and networks b. Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve software/hardware c. Setting up new user accounts and profiles d. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment e. Manage the computer networks, hardware, software and all the configurations f. Lead IT strategy and operational process that align with company business g. Develop and maintain appropriate IT structure to response to business h. Analyze equipment quality to determine the need for repairs or new purchasing i. Configure, monitor and maintain email service and applications j. Other duties assigned by management 2. AUTHORITY AND COMMUNICATION - S/he reports to IT Manager - S/he has good communication with both Head Office and Branches

QUALIFICATIONS - BBA in accounting, finance and banking, MBA is a must. - Bachelor degree of computer science; - Has related experience; - Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication; - Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel and knowledge about microfinance software would be advantages; - Good in analytical, planning, writing and interpersonal skills;
