ABOUT THE ROLE The Collector will be mostly responsible for supporting to Field Collection Officer in order to taking a fast action, finding a solution, and checking the roots of collection’s problem. He/she would inform directly to Officer/Supervisor. - Supports and assists with Collection Team for all the loan collection - Deals and meets with customers directly for compensate the payment - Contacts closely with local authorities by solving the problem in order to speed up the procedure - Checks and views the master list of late payment - Conducts and checks the home investigation by strategic and effective action - Keeps the monthly collection report, action plan and other documents - Creates and makes the daily & monthly collection performance report - Provides a strong support to Collection Team and other related departments - Performs other duties as assigned by management.

- Pursuing/Graduated Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, or other related fields - Non-experience and experience in leasing industry are strongly preferred - Understanding in MFIs, Banking, and/or Financial Leasing Company is a plus - Be able to communicate in English is a plus - Be honest, teamwork and good communication skill. - Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email).
