About you: The Branch Manager will be mainly responsible to oversee and supervise the sales team to reach the sales target that has been set by the management. You will work directly with the OM and related department managers. You should have a common understanding of sales management, dealer relationship management and sales strategy in financial institutions. ** Main tasks and responsibilities  Overall Management of the Branch Function included: o HR and Administration of the Branch o Accounting and Finance at the Branch o Cash Management of the Branch o IT & Security Management of the Branch o General Compliance issue.  Sales and Marketing Management o Oversee all dealer-related activities and Dealer Loyalty performance o Manage sales dealer network activities in Provincial Branch, following the company's target o Collaboratively manage customer relationships with dealers to attain sales targets, deliver high-quality customer experience and ensure long-lasting relationships o Provide product education to dealers in Provincial Branch o Increase the company’s Branding and brand awareness at the Dealership level o Create and implement marketing-related reporting, weekly and monthly o Other related functions.  Other assigned task by management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics or related field - At least 2 years of experience in branch management in the financial institution - Experience in dealer relationship management a plus - Self-starter - Data analysis skills - Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken - Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
