•Represent Car4you in Sihanoukville •Identify location and set up a dealership in Sihanoukville and run it smoothly; •Plan sales and service target for the branch, and strictly follow the budget. •Hiring, train, supervise and motivate staff. •Plan sales and marketing activities. •Effectively communicate with clients and solve all the unexpected occurred problems; •Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating what should improve; •Follow up with employees to ensure that they do the right things and the right performance as expected; •Create a good working environment/relationship with the other departments in Car4you; •Focus on any customer complaints and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints; •Collect, analyse and evaluate competitors and a market in order to create sales strategy •Propose the car stock to be available in stock for sales •To identify the needs of customers and providing a sufficient resolution in order to fulfil customer expectation. •Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, written letter and visiting to customer premises and build strong relationships. •Perform other duties and immediate tasks as assigned by the General Manager and Director.
