Store Manager (Base in Preah Sihanouk Ville): • Builds effective teams + drives a culture of high performance + engagement; Supports the execution of performance goals and developmental plans for store team through thoughtful and timely feedback. • Drives Results; Stays informed, maintains focus on priorities, implements action plans to maximize efficiency. • Collaborates with managers and employees to execute strategic initiatives and improve processes while building the capabilities of others. • Creates an optimistic, rewarding and collaborative work environment in which employees are confident and encouraged to grow to support our succession and talent pipeline goals. • Acts as a trusted leader with understanding of the impact of initiatives on customer experience, workload, productivity, employee engagement, and store compliance. • Upholds the commitments to the company’s processes, values, and Code of Business Conduct at all times. • Ensures consistent execution by providing clear direction of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and business efficiencies. • Teaches and coaches behaviors to build confidence enabling a high-performing team. • Uses information to identifies opportunities and creates functional plans to address. • Identifies areas to improve overall performance while taking action to decrease losses, minimize shrink and all other forms of risk ensuring store compliance standards are met. • Owner of assigned Division of Responsibility and the accountability to the role. • Partners with peers and others by offering help when needed. Assistant Store Manager (Base in Preah Sihanouk Ville): • Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through good services. • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards if necessary. • Propose innovative ideas for the benefits and improvements of the company. • Lead the leadership team in the absence of your Branch Manager. • Provide both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of your store. • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc...). • Be a role model of well behavior and high performance. • Perform additional store manager duties and assist in ad-hoc projects and administration duties if needed.

Jobs Requirement

• College degree and equivalent experience preferred. • High motivation and ability to work independent. • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office). • Can speak Chinese is a plus. • Good communication with staff and back office team. • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including holiday, and rotation/ per week.
