Ensure all property sites of Express, Supermarket and Shopping Mall of CMRT (Chip Mong Retail) are efficiently located in potential areas in Phnom Penh and Provinces; and, manager CMRT’s properties to meet the business objectives and development plan of CMRT. - Manage all aspects of assigned properties for Express format, Supermarket and Shopping Mall. - Establish appropriate rental rate by seeking market information, surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. - Review contract with landlord by negotiating leasing fee, deposit, duration and other corrective actions. - Negotiate contract with landscaping and removal services in a timely and reliable manner and, at the same time, maintain a positive and productive relationship. - Manage properties’ paperwork and sensitive information of the company in a well-repected and confidential manner. - Keep up with organizational strategies and timeframe and stay on schedule as planned. - Ensure compliance of company’s code of conducts, rule and regulations, as well as the law of Cambodia in all tasks. - Ensure accurate documentation and reports are submitted to management team timely. - Keep up with market knowledge on population (around the site), property development and competitor development. - Perform other related tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, finance, economics, law or a related field - Three years of experience with Real Estate business management or other closely related business experience - At least, one year of supervisory experience - Be Experienced and proficient in preparing reports, and presentation - Well awareness of potential location in Phnom Penh and Provinces - Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects - Strong knowledge of leasing law and contract issues - Strong leadership skill - Be proactive and initiative - Strong verbal and written communication - Proven ability to influence people (internally and externally) - Ability to work under pressure - Excellent negotiation skills - Good networking on Real Estate community - High commitment and reliability - Commercial and business awareness
