Jobs Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 1)To monitor, control and organize all on-mall staff and to be responsible for the actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all holidays are adequately covered. 2)To regularly inspect the mall and make sure all time cleanness in mall and defective items to be fixed on time. 3)To monitor and review the operation of all service sub-contractors such as cleaning, security, pest control, landscape, elevator contractors, as well as to ensure that those services are performed satisfactorily as agreed to in the contract and at the costs quoted. 4)To liaise with the M&E technical teams regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation of the mall. 5)To monitor and control all Purchase Order (PO), Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Request Forms (PR) generated in respect of the mall operation. 6)To ensure the smooth daily operation of the building such as car park, vehicular, pedestrian access and security etc. 7)To liaise directly with tenants to handle on-mall practical issues and to deal with any problems that may require approval from General Manager or Management head and ensure good communication among tenants and other buyers. 8)To maintain an accurate up-to-date flow of information and co-ordinate the preparation of accounting information, invoice procedures and other accounting matters. 9)To develop standard operating procedure ( SOP) and training staffs to work effectively 10)To perform other tasks assigned by General Manager

Jobs Requirement

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS •Male, minimum 30 years old •Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, real estate in commercial or related field •5 years’ experience in commercial property, office or estate management •Strong organizational and leadership skills •Good English communication both verbal and written •Chinese communication is plus •Good computer skills
