Jobs Description

- Supervises subordinates in drafting tour itineraries for inbounds and outbounds and reviews on a regular basis to ensure the packages are appealing and attracting - Be the first point of contact for the agencies corporate clients - Manages the travel agencies service delivery to clients/partners - Maintains a solid working relationship with all of the agencies corporate clients and business partners - Attending and representing company’s products and solutions at trade exhibitions, events and other tourism related trade fairs both locally and internationally. - Set-up and Manage airline, hotel and other service provider contracts with key domestic and international airline partners - Plans sales and marketing strategy to determine potential markets locally and internationally - Monitors and maintains awareness of the latest trends, destinations and tourist attractions and recommend necessary actions - Plans and prepares sales and marketing activities based on local/international holiday seasons - Promotes B2B and B2C initiatives - Supervises air ticketing function within the travel agency to ensure high productivity - Actively contribute to the set-up and contracting of domestic/international tour packages - Supervise all travel quotations and package pricings for the clients and partners - Manage, lead and motivates the staff within the agencies operations team - Implement standard operating procedures and best practices to further improve the agencies internal processes and work flow to better service the clients. - Assist in the selection & recruitment of additional staff, recommend for promotion to support business growth and maintain a high standard of service delivery to clients and partners - Provides training to team members on tourism related software and application - Promotes excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in timely and professional manner - Oversees sales activities, P&L of the agency - Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Hospitality, Travel Technology, e-commerce, InformationTechnology or relevant Diploma are preferred. - At least 2 years’ experience in Travel agency, Travel Technology and Hospitality sales is preferred. Travel agency sales experience is preferred. - Experience in working within a travel agency operation and a deep understanding of hotel, flight, car bookings and creating packages -  Fluent in both written and spoken of Khmer and English Language, Chinese speaking is an advantage - Dynamic, outgoing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, resourceful, highly independent, innovative, creative, and results-oriented
