-Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing Management or other relevant + Desired Skills and Expertise -Experience as a Business Development Manager -Strong industry network and contacts in commercial office design sector that you can tap into immediately. -Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships. -Strong sales background -Budgeting and quantity surveying experience a plus -Prospecting and cold calling -Outstanding verbal and written communications abilities -Computer skills ( words / power point / excel etc) -Strong time management -Preparation and presentation of quotations and tenders together with in house quantity surveyor
