This branch is first branch for “Tiger Cash” and we will expand to nationwide in Cambodia soon. ** We make a first history altogether. - Develop pawn shop business and lead branch - Strategic planning and implementation for customer acquisition - Sales activities for customer acquisition - General follow-up for repayment of existing customers - Relation construction with various buyers - Examination in Siem Reap in the financial (pawnshop) market and examination in other areas - Communicate with pawn shop customer, when they come in shop and when we need to prompt for a refund. - Review Financial Statement and Month-End Closing Document - Review cash payment and cash collection on daily basis and monthly cash flow forecasting - Review budget control report and analyze variance and performance monitoring report and analyze business performance - Review risk and control in business process - Daily approve journal entries posted of accounting transactions in system - Monthly review/approve on account reconciliation and annual financial statements - Review monthly and other reports to NBC, Board of Director, lenders and other shareholders in following their requirements as needed - Improve internal controls, effectiveness and efficiency of works under accounting unit - Liase with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out - Liase with the NBC and other relevant public institution and accounting agency - Liase with local authorities such as taxation for related issues - Take a lead of develop Financial & Accounting policies and procedures - Report to management about various part always
