Jobs Description

• Manage managing agent and oversees day to day operation, term contractors and all property management related matters. • Manage and control operating expenses (inflow eg. Invoicing and outflow eg. Expenses approval) to maximize net property income for properties. • Preparing and managing monthly & annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, operating budgets & capital expenditure, leasing matters, rental collection, etc. • Verify and certify all payment and claim • All leasing related matters such as sourcing for prospect, build up relationship with property agency, tenants, etc. to build up data and customers base. • Customer relationship management such as working through solution to meet residences/ tenants/public requests, handling complaint and feedbacks, etc. • Able to solve problems and handle emergency cases. • Review policies and practice to achieve desired results. • Monthly audit and evaluate awarded contractor performance. • Planning for marketing and advertising events.

Jobs Requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate. • 2+ years management experience (asset, property or operations) • Medium to advanced Excel knowledge • Medium to advanced Powerpoint • Medium to advanced Adobe Pro • Experience in Asset Management preferred • Experience with Property Management software, Yardi etc is preferred • Experience with CRMs, Juniper Square etc is preferred Note: JA06546 Working time: 8:00AM ~ 17:00PM Holiday: Thu / Sun / National holiday Salary: $ 1000-$ 2000 HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
