JOB OBJECTIVE / គោលបំណងការងារ To provide pivotal assistance in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices in order to achieve and maintain a high standard working environment/ ផ្តល់ជំនួយសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ការអនុវត្តនីតិវិធី និងការអនុវត្តនានា ដើម្បីរក្សាបរិយាកាសការងារ To meet Production Division and other Departments required for the stability of machines & equipment and maintenance/ ជួបជាមួយផ្នែកផលិតកម្ម ផ្នែកផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីអោយម៉ាស៊ីន ឧបករណ៍ និងការថែទាំមានស្ថេរភាព To lead and manage the Production team in the daily operations so as to achieve the established objectives in Quality, Service and Efficiency/ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមផលិតកម្មនៅក្នុងប្រតិបត្ដិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលបំណងដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគុណភាពសេវាកម្ម និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព - Daily check an attendant worker & staffs/ ពិនិត្យវត្តមានបុគ្គលិក និង កម្មករជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ - Check worker schedules with HR team/ ពិនិត្យកាលវិភាគកម្មករជាមួយក្រុមការងារធនធានមនុស្ស - Check production output and quantity from dryer, yeast machines, grinding/ ពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលទិន្នផល និងបរិមាណពីម៉ាស៊ីនសម្ងួត ម៉ាស៊ីនយីស និងម៉ាស៊ីនកិន - Check waste of blue tanks, stainless tank and outside after tell driver to pick up/ ពិនិត្យរាល់កាកសំណល់ធុងពណ៌ខៀវ ធុងអ៊ីណុក និងខាងក្រៅហើយប្រាប់អ្នកបើកបរឱ្យប្រមូលចេញ - Check cooling room and check workers/drivers when separate yeast and waste yeast/ ពិនិត្យបន្ទប់ត្រជាក់ និងពិនិត្យមើលកម្មករ / អ្នកបើកបរនៅពេលបូមយីស និងបំបែកជាកាក់សំណល់ - Check cleaning at yeast area, dryers, crew press, grinding area and wood area by each shift/ ពិនិត្យមើលការសម្អាតនៅកន្លែងយីស, ម៉ាស៊ីនសម្ងួត, ម៉ាស៊ីនផ្លំខ្យល់, តំបន់កិន និងតំបន់ផ្ទុកអុសដោយវេននីមួយៗ - Check quantity of products in green bins and update to team/ ពិនិត្យបរិមាណផលិតផលនៅក្នុងធុងបៃតង និងផ្តល់របាយ៍ការណ៍ - Cooperate with mechanise to check on loaders, forklifts, trucks and tractor/ សហការជាមួយជាងឡានដើម្បីពិនិត្យមើលរថយន្តលើកអីវ៉ាន់ ឡានដឹកទំនិញ និងត្រាក់ទ័រ - Cooperate with maintenance team for fixing when machines or dryer have problem/ សហការជាមួយក្រុមជាថែទាំនៅពេលម៉ាស៊ីន ឬម៉ាស៊ីនសម្ងួតមានបញ្ហា - Cooperate with purchasing team to request or fix spear parts/ equipment/ សហការជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកទិញដើម្បីស្នើសុំ ឬជួសជុលគ្រឿងបន្លាស់ និងសម្ភារៈផ្សេងៗ - Contact with mechanise team when have problem with loaders, forklifts and tractor - Manage drivers to pick up raw material/ គ្រប់គ្រងអ្នកបើកបរឱ្យយកកាកស្រាបៀរ - Contact to breweries about level of spent grain and yeast/ ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងក្រុមហ៊ុនស្រាបៀរអំពីកម្រិតនៃកាកស្រាបៀរ - Prepare monthly report to Manager/ រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែជូនអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Director or Deputy Director/ ការងារផ្សេងទៀតទៅតាមការស្នើរបស់ អគ្គនាយក ឬអគ្គនាយករង
