• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through good services. • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards if necessary. • Propose innovative ideas for the benefits and improvements of the company. • Lead the leadership team in the absence of your Branch Manager. • Provide both direct and indirect reports to positively impact the team, operations and profitability of your store. • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc...). • Be a role model of well behavior and high performance. • Perform additional store manager duties and assist in ad-hoc projects and administration duties if needed.

• High motivation and ability to work independent. • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office). • Good communication with all branches. • Fairly in English and Khmer both writing and speaking. • At least 1 year relevant working experiences.
