- Assist the Shift Manager to manage assigned gaming area in a professional manner, with strict adherence to the procedures as outlined in the Departmental Operation Manual. - To be well versed with the existing Rules and Regulations of the game and the Code of conduct as laid out by the Company Policy under his supervision. To be aware of the latest development in the Casino industry that might benefit the Casino. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all transactions in assigned gaming table/ area, and notify the Casino Shift Manager of any unusual activity. - Account for the gaming activity in the assigned gaming table/ area. To notify the Casino Shift Manager of any substantial table winning/ losses at his assigned pit. - To identify potential valued players with the objective of developing them and to recommend to the superior for deserved privileges to be accorded. - Monitor and provide feedback on the gaming activity of all patrons in assigned gaming table/ area, defined as rated player - Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly manner and ensure the subordinates do the same. - To attend to the patrons needs and to render whatever assistance and services within his capacity and to enlist the help of the superior if necessary, to be approachable at all times. - To instill discipline in the pit at all times. The Pit Manager is expected to be fair, unbias and non- prejudice but firm when dealing with subordinates. - To recognize the worth and ability of the subordinates and to guide, motivate and counsel when necessary or assigned by the superior. - To attend to complaints and disputes within his/ her capacity. Tact and diplomacy shall be exercised at all times. - To evaluate the performance of the subordinates via a progressive report, confirmation and annual appraisal. - To carry out assignments that is given out by his superior. - To optimize the manpower available and to upgrade the table stakes so as to cater for the demand of the patrons and House. - Supervise the scheduling, opening and closing of all tables on his assigned shift. Maximize revenue through optimum games spread. - To conduct training, briefing and dialogue discussion; and to carry out assignments that is given out by the superior. - To authorize on the following as per assigned pit : - - Stock requisition - Duty Subordinates leaving the Casino premises. - To be accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of gaming equipment; and in the Casino area. - To project good image. - To uphold Company Policy and not to divulge official matter that is confidential.

- Candidate must possess at least high school/ diploma/ degree or equivalent. - Must have 4 years casino working experience; whereby 2 years as Supervisor. - Candidate must be meticulous and alert on what is happening in their pit. - Good communication skills. - Possess complete knowledge for the rules and procedures of the games. Familiar with the rules of casino. - Possess supervisory and administrative skills. - Required language(s): English Khmer. Candidate that can speak Chinese is added advantage.
