- Supervise assigned gaming table/ area in a professional manner, with strict adherence to the procedures as outlined in the Department Operation Manual. - To be well versed with the existing Rules and Regulations of the game and the code of conduct as laid out by the Company policy under his Supervision. Ensure all the dealers were following the proper dealing rules procedures as per management directive. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all transactions in assigned gaming table/area, and notify the Pit Manager of any unusual activity. - Monitor and Account for the gaming activity in the assigned gaming table/ area. To notify the Pit Manager of any substantial winnings/ losses. - Monitor and provide feedback on the gaming activity of all patrons in assigned gaming table/ area, defined as "Rated Players - Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly manner and ensure the dealers do the same. - To attend to the patrons’ needs and to render whatever assistance within one capacity and to enlist the help of the superiors if necessary, to be approachable at all times. - To instill discipline in the pit at all times. The Pit Supervisor is expected to be fair, unbias and non –prejudice but firm when dealing with subordinates. - To recognize the worth and ability of the subordinates and to guide, motivate and counsel when necessary or assigned by the superior. - To handle any dispute and rectify any errors within his/her capacity. Tact and diplomacy shall be exercised at all times. - To project good image and to uphold Company's policy and not to divulge official matters that is confidential.

- Candidate must possess at least high school/ diploma/ degree or equivalent. - Must have 2 years casino working experience; whereby 1 year as Dealer/ Inspector. - Candidate must be meticulous and alert on what is happening in their pit. - Good communication skills. - Possess complete knowledge for the rules and procedures of the games. Familiar with the rules of casino. - Required language(s): English Khmer. Candidate that can speak Chinese is added advantage.
