- Oversee customers service representative and make sure customers receive instant service - Build Relationship with key employees among customers - Create plans to address customer’s business needs - Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied - Ensure both company and customers adhere to contact terms - Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by customers - Monitor customer care strategies - Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues - Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction (feedback, surveys, other tools) - Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
